Meet Sammy Siegel

I grew up an athlete playing baseball, basketball, and football all throughout high school and eventually went on to play college baseball.

Once my college athletic career was over, helping people transform their lives through fitness became a real passion. I became the head coach of Orangetheory Fitness in Hewlett on Long Island in NY. I then moved south to Raleigh for the same position at the Raleigh-Midtown location.

After several years in the industry, I realized there was a lot missing from the group fitness industry and decided to embark on this journey of making a dream a reality and opening Empire Training Academy.
